How do I create an account?

    1. Hover your mouse over the user icon  in the top right of your screen
    2. Click on register or click here to navigate to the user registration page
    3. Enter your email address and desired password and press the register button

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Once you are signed in, navigate to the user icon in the top left of your screen, then click on My Account. You may then navigate to the Account Details tab and update your name, email address, and password.

How do I change my billing address?

Once you are signed in, navigate to the user icon in the top left of your screen, then click on My Account. You may then navigate to the Addresses tab click on “Edit Billing Address”. You may only have one billing address per account.

How do I add multiple shipping addresses?

For your convenience, we make it easy to save and switch shipping addresses. You may add an unlimited number of addresses to ship to; during checkout, you will be prompted to select your preferred address.

Once you are signed in, navigate to the user icon in the top left of your screen, then click on My Account. You may then navigate to the Addresses tab and click “Add New Shipping Address”. Similarly, you may select existing addresses then delete them from our system by clicking “Delete Selected.”

I forgot my password.

Please visit the Password Reset page and enter the email address you used to register with the system. Upon submission, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Has my order shipped?

You will receive an email when your order ships. Additionally, you may visit the Orders page to check the status of your order at any time.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

We process orders around the clock, so please contact us as soon as possible to make changes to your order. We may be reached via phone at +1 (800) 617-5936 or through our online support portal.

How do I track my order?

After your package has shipped, your order in our system will update with a carrier tracking code. You may find this code in the email notification we automatically send, or through the Orders page.

My order never arrived

If you have not received your order, we ask that you please first check the tracking number we provide with all orders – occasionally UPS, FedEx, and USPS have issues outside of our control. If you have further questions or issues regarding your shipment, please call us at +1 (800) 617-5936.

An item is missing from my shipment

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Please call us at +1 (800) 617-5936 to speak to a representative that will be able to further assist you.

My product is missing parts

If your item is missing a part, please send us an email at sales@gograiley.com describing the part that is missing. We ask that you also provide your order number and any photos that may help in our investigation.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our supplies are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. You will receive an email notification when your backorder ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

You may place orders shipped to the USA and Canada from our website. For other countries, call us for rates: (800) 617-5936

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
